Casa Fico d’India is a spacious open space on two levels (ground floor and first floor), which maintains the original structure of the farm, with its typical barrel vaults. Here the bathroom and the kitchen were created, two unique environments that maintain the unique flavor of the architecture of the Hyblaean territory. A welcoming, bright and colorful apartment, furnished with vintage and design elements, as well as unique pieces, such as the tiled dining table.
It has 4 beds, is equipped with air conditioning with dehumidifier and heat pump, living area with single bed and sofa bed, double sleeping area with King size mattress (160x200cm), two flat screen televisions, one in the living area and one in the area. night.
Casa Fico d’India overlooks the ancient internal courtyard and the veranda overlooking the Sicilian-style garden. It has its own private outdoor area for dining and relaxing. From here there is access to a large separate terrace, which stands out over the entire property, looking as far as the sea and the mountains.
The kitchen, in one of the two original barrel vaults, is equipped with a refrigerator, oven, hob, Nespresso coffee machine, moka for the more traditionalists and a kettle. Plus everything you need to cook and eat of course!
The private bathroom, also in the barrel vault, is large, has a small window overlooking the internal courtyard and has a large shower.
For your comfort and to guarantee you a truly welcoming experience, the apartment has courtesy set, ecological soaps for the person with citrus fruits, natural home fragrance, bed linen and towels, wifi, air sanitizer at the cold plasma. With the aim of guaranteeing you an unforgettable holiday and making you feel at home, the services offered include Alexa, Netflix, Amazon prime, Firetv, Apple music. An intermediate cleaning with linen change and two washing machines are included for a minimum stay of 1 week, otherwise they are on request for a fee.
Children are always welcome with us and Casa Farlisa will arrange for them directly in the apartments (upon advance request), cot with changing mat, mosquito net and toys, high chair. In addition to this you will find plates, glasses, cutlery, socket covers, wooden and table toys, Sicilian fairy tales and more.
